transfer pricing declarations for forms 1907, 1937, 1950, and 1951.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Key Points:<\/strong>New Deadline: Declarations for the previous year&#8217;s transactions can be submitted until September 30, 2024.<\/li><li><strong>Affected Forms:<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Form 1907:<\/strong> Transfer Pricing Declaration.<\/li><li><strong> Form 1937:<\/strong> Country-by-Country Report.<\/li><li><strong>Form 1950:<\/strong> Annual Master File Declaration.<\/li><li><strong>Form 1951:<\/strong> Annual Local File Declaration.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Extension Request:<\/strong> Submitting declarations between July 1 and September 30 will be considered as a request for an extension.<\/li><li><strong>Audit Deadline Extension:<\/strong> The extension will also extend the audit period under the same terms.<\/li><li><strong>Notification and Application:<\/strong> The SII will notify taxpayers granted an extension in October, and this resolution will
